David Tindall is a Presenter for the Climate Reality Project Canada. He was born in Vancouver, where he also currently resides. He has a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Toronto, and an M.A. and a B.A. from the University of Victoria. He is a Sustainability Teaching Fellow at the University of British Columbia where he is also an Associate Professor in the departments of Forest Resources Management, and Sociology. His research focuses on social aspects of environmental problems, including climate change. His new co-edited book (with Ronald Trosper and Pamela Perreault) is entitled, Aboriginal Peoples and Forest Lands in Canada, published in 2013 by UBC Press.
